Patio door was super hard the front desk every single time to have them open with foreign people but very times to get sorted.

This Hotel has the potential to be great but poorly managed. It's the little things that make a great Hotel. This Hotel is not customer oriented at all. The noise is incredibly in corridors and is coming from everywhere. The staff is not at all nice and the facilities are extremely poor. The toilet stinks. The people working at the hotel are very efficient and courteous. They make your visit to this place a great experience. Food is tasty a good quality.
